PREPARING IN ADVANCE TO USE BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800

BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800 must be used in combination with GM-800 System Program Ver.1.03 or later.
Before you use BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800, the appropriate USB driver for the product you’re using must be installed on your computer.

DOWNLOADING AND UNARCHIVING THE COMPRESSED FILE

Read the Software License Agreement at the bottom of this screen and tick the "I Agree..." checkbox.
Click the "Download" button to download the installer.
Right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

INSTALLING THE APP

Double-click "BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800 Installer.exe" in the unzipped folder.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install.

LAUNCHING THE APP

Use a USB cable to connect the GM-800 to your computer, and then turn on the power of the GM-800.
*Do not use a USB cable that is designed only for charging a device. Charge-only cables cannot transmit data.
From the computer's "Start" menu, select "All Programs" -> "BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800" -> "BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800."

*An Internet connection is required to use BOSS TONE CENTRAL. Some connection services may require a data communication fee.

Please note that differences in design specifications or usage environments of individual computers may result in varying processing capabilities, even when the system requirements are identical.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS

(a) You shall not modify, change, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE and the copyright notice and copyrighted logo.
Unauthorized copying, uploading to another network, distributing, modifying and/or attaching this software to other media or any other sales item is expressly forbidden.
(b) You shall not loan, rent, lease, sublicense or transfer the SOFTWARE, either in whole or in part, to any third party.
